Appeals for Reinstatement of Financial Aid

Students may appeal their disqualification status, if special circumstances contributed to their inability to meet the required standards of satisfactory progress. Students may write a letter, addressed to the Standards of Satisfactory Progress Committee (Office of Financial Aid, 7400 Augusta Street, River Forest, IL 60305), explaining their circumstance and what has changed, which will allow for their success in the future. Students may submit supporting documentation when applicable.
