Rollis Erickson

College of Business

Over the years Dr. Rol Erickson has served in a variety of non-for profit organizations. For over eight years he has had the privilege of serving as a missionary and then later as a consultant for a mission organization. One of his passions during that time period was leadership development and working with young emerging leaders in rural church plants as well as seasoned leaders in large established churches. At another time in his life he served as a minister of pastoral care in a mega church in Florida.

For over a decade he also had an independent consulting business with clients that included Kodak’s photo finishing plant Qualex, training for corporate McDonald’s managers, but primarily smaller business with fifty employees or less. Most recently his consulting has been focused on being a subject matter expert in support of curriculum development for several universities.

Dr. Erickson taught as an adjunct professor for several Christian Universities for over 13 years and as a full time Associate Professor of Business for five years. He currently serves as a board member for a mission organization based in Costa Rica.

Dr. Erickson earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Regent University and hold a Masters in Theology from Reformed Theological Seminary. He has a B.A. in Organizational Management from Warner University.
