On November 16, 2018, Concordia-Chicago received a grant award in the amount of $21,082 from the Retirement Research Foundation (RRF). The grant will support the development of a capacity-building strategic plan in the University’s Center for Gerontology.

Dr. Kevin O’Mara, associate professor of educational leadership at Concordia UniversityChicago, was named to Gov.-elect J.B. The field of ten finalists for the prestigious designation was narrowed from 234 initial nominations. Connelly is an industrial technology teacher at Morton West High School in Berwyn, Illinois.
